The commercial areas 

The commercial areas are allocated into offices with room for several enterprises, a notable hotel, restaurant, wellness and fitness facilities with public access. On the top of the multi-storey block, there will be a SkyLounge with a panorama of the Bay of Aarhus and the City. The Skylounge on the top will be publicly open so that everyone can enjoy the view of the harbour and of the city.
