Light*house is placed on the outermost area of Pier 4, which is the outermost area of Aarhus Harbour to the north. This district consists of approx. 66.500 m², allocated by approx. 37.500 m² residential and approx. 29.000 m² of commercial areas. Of almost 400 residences, approx. 300 are owneroccupied and approx. 100 are rental houses. The commercial areas have been planned for hotel, conference facilities, offi ces, cafes, restaurants, etc. All with a view of the Bay of Aarhus, the City and Risskov.
