Aarhus will have the best harbour front in Denmark
Arbejdernes Andels Boligforening, Boligforeningen Ringgarden, Frederiksbjerg Ejendomme and Keops Development heads an international consortium, Light*house, which will be creating a new, versatile quarter on Aarhus Harbour. Openness and multiplicity characterises the winning proposal which was revealed 16th of April at Aarhus Town Hall.
The winning proposal offers a harbour promenade with evening sun and public access to the view of the Bay of Aarhus from the top floor of the building. The residential areas of this district vary with café environments, restaurants and open squares.
