Residential

The residences will be a mix of owner-occupied and rental flats and a number of terraced houses with private gardens. All with a view of the Bay of Aarhus or of the harbour canals. The basic idea of the architecture was to give all houses access to the sun from the south and the view of the sea to the north.

The buildings are open and with many angles. As such, the buildings are all façade and no rear. An underground parking facility will be established. The buildings are expected ready for move-in in 2012.
